She is passionate about empowering caregivers to approach their babys development with curiosity instead of concern and to connect with their little ones through purposeful play.

Yasmeen Kamrani Sallam is an administrator of Preschools with a BS in Business and M.ED. in ECE. Her passion is providing invitations that are curated for children to provide play based opportunities filled with intention, inclusivity, creativity, and wonder.

Jessica Irwin is a childhood routine expert, pediatric occupational therapist, mom of a toddler, and lover of all things child development. She has worked in pediatrics since 2014 in a variety of settings including daycares, preschools, elementary schools, private practice, and pediatric home health. She founded Rooted in Routine to help parents learn simple, easy to implement routines for optimal child development at every age.


Kailee Noland
Pediatric Physical Therapist, PT, DPT 

Dr. Kailee Noland, PT, DPT is a Pediatric Physical Therapist and Mama of 2. She is passionate about educating parents on simple routines and rhythms that naturally support their baby's development. Kailee has extensive experience in Pediatric Early Intervention and working with children of differing developmental needs. McKenzie is a speech and language pathologist, feeding therapist & mom of 3. She has been a feeding therapist for over 10 years working with kids of all ages and abilities. She currently works at a children’s hospital providing feeding therapy services in both inpatient and outpatient settings. When she is not at work, she runs the Instagram account @playingatyourplate. She is passionate about educating and empowering families to offer a variety of foods and textures at an early age in a safe manner, working to prevent selective eating in the future.  



Candace St. John
Public Health Practitioner & Pediatric Sleep Specialist, MPH

Candace St. John, MPH is a mom of one and a public health practitioner who spent years studying the effects of equity, social drivers of health, & adverse childhood experiences and trauma on lifetime health. After having a baby in June 2020, she obtained a pediatric sleep specialist certification and is currently continuing education in lactation in order to support parents to make the best informed choices for their children to thrive.

Infant Nutritionist, Pediatric RD & IBCLC

Nicole Lattanzio is a pediatric Registered Dietitian, lactation consultant, and mama of (almost!) 4. She runs the Instagram account @infant.nutritionist - a safe space for families to learn about feeding their new baby. She’s passionate about breaking down starting solids myths, helping families achieve their feeding goals, and encouraging fun & stress-free mealtimes!

She is passionate about educating families on biologically normal infant sleep and attachment needs all while helping families get more sleep without any form of sleep training. Her approach is attachment and sleep science based. Brittni believes that all babies and children deserve the same respect as adults, so in her work she will only provide solutions that respect the attachment needs of the child.
